The Housing Recovery Project (HRP) is a new, island wide project designed to replace destroyed houses while building resilience in the housing sector in Dominica.

Who is Eligible

All permanent residents and citizens of the Commonwealth of Dominica, including residents in the Kalinago Territory, who meet the eligibility criteria may apply.

How to Apply

The steps in the application process are very easy. If a potential applicant fits the Eligibility Criteria and can provide supporting documents, he/she can fill an electronic application with the assistance of a Social Mobilizer or at the HRP office.
